The color stone metal tile stamping hydraulic press is a special equipment for stamping and stretching forming of the color stone metal tile substrate. The body design adopts a three-beam and four-column structure. The equipment is composed of a body, an oil cylinder, a stroke limit device, and a mold. The structure is simple, economical and practical. Adopt advanced cartridge valve, compact structure, reduce pipeline connection, improve the sealing performance of the system, and reduce leakage. The main rod adopts a four-nut structure, which improves the pre-tightening performance and can maintain the stability of accuracy for a long time. The slider can realize two control modes of constant stroke and constant pressure, with functions such as pressure maintaining and delay; working pressure and stroke size can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
Stone coated metal roof tile is made of galvanized sheet,which is molded by hydraulic press and then sprayed with colored sand.It is widely used in villas, high-rise buildings and other buildings.After the coil is opened,it is trasported to the cutting machine. After the cutting is completed, the cut pieces are transported to the forming press for molding.Finally, the formed tiles are stacked by mainpulator, and the whole production line is a fully automated production line, not only saves labor,but also greatly improves the production capacity. In the cutting step of the production line,a hydraulic punch is used,which produces a small impact during work and can better ensure the mold it has aservice life. In the molding process,the tile shape is rectangular. In order to achieve uniform force on the product, a 315T double-cylinder hydraulic press is used for molding, The machine is controlled by PLC, which is convenient for positioning. The automatic loading of the previous sequence and the palletizing of the subsequent finished products successfully achieve the goal of precision and efficiency. The forming hydraulic press can also be used directly with manual feeding.

Our lead times become effective when we have received your deposit and have your final approval for your products. We accept payment via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal. The payment terms are typically a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of B/L.
