Product Description
Within the fiber laser cutting machine with double work table, aluminum is used to produce the beam, and the laser cutter is cast under pressure. This gives the equipment a better dynamic performance and high strength, with almost no flaws such as a casting porosity. It is suitable for both long term and high power operations. Equipped with a high-low exchange platform, this laser cutting machine operates more efficiency due to the short exchange period of only 15 seconds.
Applicable materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, galvanized plate and cold-rolled sheet, and more.

2. Eco-friendly Cutting
The butterfly valve-controlled zoning cutting area, in combination with 300*300mm full-hollow air ducts and butterfly valve dampers can maximum the blowing force.
Its top cover, with several blower fans will send positive-pressure air to the cutting area for almost smoke-free effect.
3. Double Exchange Platforms, Taper Pins Positioning The double platforms are driven by 16A wide chains and positioned by taper pins. The entire exchange process is shown on PLC touch screen.
4.Autofocus Laser Cutting Head The cutting head can adjust its focus according to laser beam mode to make sure of mirror-like surface.

To keep entire machine safe during long-distance sea transport, we adopt high-standard package, incl. aluminum foil, metal framework, fumigation wooden case, anti-rust oil+oilpaper, moisture-barrier bag, waterproof plastic film and filling foam.
8. After Sales Service
* One-year Warranty
All unit components are warranted for 1-year, except items listed in the Exclusions section below. Our after-sales engineer or local agent will supply new or remanufactured component of equal or better quality to replace the failed one.
* Exclusions
Unit components subjected to normal wear during the Warranty Period are not covered by warranty, including:
1. Nozzle 2. Protective lens 3. Ceramic ring
Machine breakdown caused by part handling/misuse or corrosion due to exposure to caustic materials, voids the warranty.
Component failure caused by customer misuse/abuse of the unit (e.g. using incompatible materials or wrong axial position settings), voids the warranty.
