No mechanical processing required, parts can be used directly. The material is cut by a gantry laser cutting machine, and the width of the heat affected zone is very small, and the properties of the material near the slit are almost unaffected. In addition, the workpiece deformation is small, the cutting accuracy is high, the geometric shape of the cutting seam is good, and the cross-sectional shape of the cutting seam presents a regular rectangle.
