1. Would you be able to provide me with the relevant documentation?Of course, we offer a variety of documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, insurance particulars, origin certificates, and any other essential export documents.
2. What is the standard lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 30 days. For mass production, it typically ranges from 30 to 60 days following receipt of the deposit payment. Our lead times begin upon receipt of your deposit and final product approval. Should our lead times not align with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with your designated sales representative. We endeavor to accommodate your needs whenever feasible.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal. The customary payment terms involve a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance payable upon presentation of the copy of the B/L.
4. What are the terms of product warranties?

However, unique packaging requirements may incur additional charges.
6. How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the chosen method of delivery. Express delivery, although faster, typically incurs higher costs, whereas sea freight is preferable for larger quantities.
