High-quality round steel is polished and processed with an external cylindrical grinder, then surface plated with hard chrome to ensure hardness and smoothness. The columns undergo medium-frequency quenching, significantly enhancing hardness, reducing damage during operation and transportation, and extending service life.
The lower surface of the sliding beam and the upper surface of the worktable are sequentially rough-milled by a large floor-type milling machine and then finish-milled by a CNC gantry milling machine to ensure the surface flatness and parallelism, thereby guaranteeing the precision of product forming.
Both the worktable and the sliding beam are equipped with T-slots for convenient and rapid installation and replacement of molds.
The worktable is equipped with an ejection rod for convenient demolding after the pressing process.
The stroke control switch allows for fixed-distance movement of the hydraulic machine's sliding beam, eliminating the need for a complete pressing cycle, thereby increasing production efficiency.
The hydraulic oil filter can reduce the frequency of shutdowns for maintenance due to the ingestion of impurities into the hydraulic oil during operation.
The use of high-quality integrated cartridge valves reduces the number of connection points, effectively preventing leakage of hydraulic oil.

1. Am I able to get the necessary documents?

2. What is your standard lead time?
We usually require about 30 days for samples and between 30 to 60 days for mass production after the deposit is paid. Our lead times commence upon receipt of the deposit and final product confirmation. If our lead times don't align with your timeline, please discuss this with your dedicated sales representative. We aim to meet your needs whenever possible.
3. Which payment options do you offer?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal. Our typical payment terms involve a 30% initial deposit, with the remaining 70% due when the bill of lading copy is presented.
4. What is included in the product warranty?

5. Can you ensure the secure transport of the products?
